The majority of our open market housing is work for corporate developers or local authorities carrying out residential development to support their housing programmes. We offer a comprehensive service from inception through to construction and on to the completion of sales. We can carry out a feasibility study promptly to enable early site appraisal and can advise on the best method to deliver a cost effective development.

We have experience in residential design from low-cost starter homes through to luxury apartments and houses and can produce schemes for sale on the open market which are carefully targeted.

Private clients

A house for a private client is often the most challenging but can ultimately be the most rewarding design exercise. In working with our clients to produce a design for their home we recognise the personal investment that they make in creating a house for themselves.

Most clients have little experience in providing a ‘brief’ as such for an architect but they often have a clear idea of the sort of home they wish to live in. We believe that our skill in translating our clients’ ideas into a final design is central to a successful outcome. If, as a result, our clients feel that they have been helped by their architect to produce a design of their own, then we consider our involvement to have been a success.
