Since our first high profile project, Phase 1 of the Salthouse Harbour Hotel on the Ipswich Waterfront completed in 2003, we have been involved in the planning of accommodation to the standards required by many multi-national hotel chains together with the development of smaller ‘boutique’ hotels for smaller family-owned hotel chains.
The development of our expertise with the facilities required by luxury hotels has provided us with the opportunity for involvement with the design of health spas and other leisure opportunities. Tourism is a rapidly-growing industry in East Anglia and our pro-active approach to site-finding and our track record for successful leisure facilities has enabled us to rapidly develop our involvement in this sector.
