Delivering a Distinguished Design

Eversley Preparatory School is familiar to anyone who has long term connections with Southwold. Our introduction to the School at Christmas 2005, however, was a sad affair as by then the buildings had been vacant for nearly a decade.

Plans had, however, been drawn up by the owner, Jeremy Raffe (who is himself an architect) and planning permission obtained. Our brief was to develop the designs into working drawings and to work with the contractor to deliver the project ready for the market.
