Phase 2 of the successful Amphora Place development the new building achieves the same BREEAM and EPC rating as the first building on the site and is part of the same commercial regeneration strategy.

As for Phase 1, the building as designed to suit both the immediate needs of the tenant and the long-term needs of the building owners.

The building was pre-let for Aston Lark Insurance agents.
