Some of our projects are of a scale that they represent a major element of the local economy. These projects are a natural extension of our involvement with large scale residential development.

We provide a project co-ordination and design management role, tying together the various strands to provide a masterplan which can be used for project team discussion, for public consultation and ultimately lead to planning approval.
