We actively review the market on a weekly basis for suitable sites, and clients and potential clients regularly bring sites to us for consideration. This places us in a good position to bring sites and developers together.

Some of our projects are a result of a pro-active approach where we identify a site, introduce the site to a potential owner occupier and enter into a partnering arrangement with a developer to deliver the building as a ‘turnkey’ operation. This combination of imagination and business acumen allows us to act as a catalyst in the development of exciting projects.
