before you sell a site
If you’re thinking of disposing of a site or buildings, look at the planning potential beforehand and avoid losing out on the added value.
Your property might have good planning potential which could add considerably to a valuation. Before you commit to a sale, make sure you know what the potential is. You may then decide to sell with outline or full planning consent, to the right market. One of our clients recently converted a site with permission for flats into outline consent and proven demand for a residential care home, and pocketed a six figure sum in uplift.

Barefoot & Gilles can evaluate the planning potential of your property with a simple desktop study for as little as £300+VAT. If all looks well, add on our development feasibility service and we’ll discuss a simple drawing with the local authority planning department for you.
Make an informed decision and make the most out of your sale. Ring us on 01473 257474 or email design@barefootgilles.com to discuss your site with us.
