Southwold Pier Pavilion

In order to rectify this problem our brief was to extend and convert the Pier Pavilion, replacing the Ballroom with a series of luxury holiday apartments. This exciting project needed a very sympathetic design approach and in orchestrating our proposals for the re-modelled Pavilion we were very careful to follow the aesthetic principles established by the original structure.

Our design captures, we think, the spirit of the original Pavilion and we have replaced the old Ballroom with a new Function Room on the Ground Floor – no need for lifts or stairs. Needless to say all the new apartments will have stunning sea views.
