We are currently working with various RSL’s to develop energy highly energy efficient housing and have developed, in co-operation with Oxbury & Co. and Flagship Housing Group, the ‘GreenGauge’ housing prototype which will, once construction is complete, be monitored by the University of East Anglia. It is hoped that this housing system will be able to deliver energy efficient housing to very stringent standards on every type of site and location.

We believe that our experience in this field coupled with our pro-active approach at the pre-funded stage of development has enabled us to establish a reputation for the reliable delivery of affordable housing since the Commercial formation of the practice in 1989.
